What data we process and why

We only process the data you send us yourself by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media (e.g. your name, contact details and details of your proposal or booking). We use it solely to reply to you, organise activities and manage the hire of the space.

If you use the request form on the website, the data you enter (name, email, phone, date, time, number of people, type of activity and message) is sent by email to ferlandina26@gmail.com and used only to answer your request.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent and, for bookings or collaborations, pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep the data for as long as needed for that purpose and for the statutory retention periods.

Hosting and service providers

This website is hosted on GitLab Pages (GitLab Inc., USA). When you visit it, the server logs technical data such as your IP address to keep it running securely. We use Gmail (Google) for email. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any advertising tools. To understand which content is read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), a cookieless service that builds no profiles and does not track you across other sites; it only records aggregated data such as the page viewed, referring page, browser, device type, country and load time (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps only take you to those services if you click them; from then on their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ferlandina26@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
